We require full payment at the time that
services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, cash and
personal checks (CA state only).
Appointment
Policy
Scheduled appointments are
preferred. However, walk-in clients are welcome.
Emergency cases shall always receive top priority. Please
contact our hospital and we will be glad to help you schedule an
appointment.
Leash and Carrier
Policy
For the
protection of our patients and clients, we require that all
dogs be on a leash or in a carrier and properly controlled
while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
We recommend
that all cats be confined to a carrier. We do not recommend
that you bring your cat in on a leash or in a
towel.
